Shipping FAQs
Most of our orders are handled within 2 to 3 days. For international order it may take 7 to 14 days depending on the location.
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number along with the chosen carrier like "India Post", "Fedex", "Blue Dart" will be updated to your order. And you will be updated about the same on your email address.
Currently we have no restrictions, and ship most of the Pin codes covered by the shipping partners mentioned above. Sometimes, the delivery time may change due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to unexpected travel delays from courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or festivals or strikes. In such cases, Pravams Enterprise will not be held responsible. The delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed.
International Delivery:
We do offer International Delivery and it may take more time, around 7 to 14 days. We will update you with a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.
GST Invoice
We ship all packages with the GST invoice inside along with the product. If you need another invoice, please email us and we will send a soft copy of the same.
General points:
If you have made the payment, and we are unable to ship the product. We will cancel the order and give you a full refund in the manner you have made the payment.
We ship on all weekdays excluding public holidays. If you believe your product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting the delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package. And email or call us with the order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Please note that all the items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price,, as per Indian Tax Law.
